Hellenic Airsports Federation and Hellenic Hang Glidding Committion welcomes you to the 2009 Servia Open
Since 2006 Hellenic Hang Gliding championship was held at the location of Servia/Kastania at Kozani prefecture. Near the artificial lake of Aliakmonas river this location offers both good places for sightseeing and flying opportunities.
The center of the races is Kastania village which is 4 kilometers from Servia town located at the base of the mountain.
For North, Northwest and North East winds Kastania village take off is used
For SouthWest, West and NorthWest winds then Livadi Take off is used.
